How Educational Leaders Might Use Blogs
While we are on the subject of action research, it is important to realize that action research should be performed as a team, rather than as an individual. Educational leaders might use blogs to network and work collaboratively to come up with solutions to common or uncommon problems within a school environment.

When I posted my blog on action research I didn't think about it as a team assignment but rather as an individual. Reading your blog made me reflect back on the reading assignments and realize that collaborating with others in action research is very important. It promotes ownership in the school and promotes positive change. Thanks, Donna Gossett
